Effectdev Technology LLC ("Effectdev", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect on this website, why, and your rights.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you submit a brief or schedule a call, we capture the fields you fill in (name, email, organization, role, engagement type, brief, budget, timeline). This goes to our partners inbox only — no third-party CRM, no marketing platform.
• Server access logs. Our web server records the URL, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and referrer of each request for security and operational diagnostics. These logs are kept for 30 days.
• Cookies. We do not set tracking cookies. We do not run third-party analytics scripts. If you book through cal.com, that vendor sets its own cookies on its own subdomain — see their privacy policy.

How we use it

• Reply to your inquiry, draft a scope, send a proposal.
• Detect abuse and protect the site (rate limiting, spam filtering).
• Nothing else. We never sell, share, or trade your data.

How long we keep it

• Contact submissions: indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete them.
• Server logs: 30 days, then rotated and discarded.

Your rights

You can email us at [email protected] to:

• Get a copy of the data we hold on you.
• Correct or update it.
• Have it deleted.

We will respond within 5 business days.

Third parties we use

• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, DDoS protection. They see request metadata at the network edge.
• cal.com — calendar booking. Their privacy policy applies once you click through to schedule.
• Anthropic / OpenAI / Perplexity / Google search bots — they may crawl public pages. Our robots.txt declares ai-train=yes, search=yes, ai-input=yes content signals.
